The Role:

As a Finance and Tax Planning Specialist, you will be a semi-dedicated member of their team, working closely with their CEO to ensure optimal financial and tax structures for both the company and personal holdings. Your expertise in US tax laws, finance, and structures will be instrumental in navigating and planning for compliance, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and tax strategies for both corporate and personal assets.

• Stay abreast of changes in US tax laws and financial regulations, understanding how they impact current and future structures.

• Work closely with the CEO to understand personal and business financial goals, offering tailored advice and planning strategies.

• Coordinate with external consultants and firms as needed, ensuring compliance-centric operations while maintaining an internal focus.

• Regularly review and optimize existing holding structures for tax efficiency and compliance.

• Assist in the planning and execution of financial strategies for new ventures or changes in existing structures.

• Provide detailed financial reporting and forecasting, offering actionable insights for decision- making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of US tax laws and financial regulations.

• Experience with personal and corporate financial planning and structuring.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
