Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
