PK CABINET is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We will pay a 2% to 6% commission based on your base hourly rate!

Must have solid skills/experience with 2020 design software.

*Working experience in cabinets would be a huge plus.

*Preferred qualifications for this position include a minimum of 5 years of similar role experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry, with a focus on cabinets, countertops, sinks, and fixtures. Alternatively, experience in furniture sales, building materials, or interior design products such as cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, and related items is also highly valued.

*Speaking mandarin would be a plus but not necessary.

Duties

-Customer referrals needed! We are seeking employees or partners who can provide customer referrals to help the business grow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications

-Customer referrals needed!
- Bilingual language skills preferred
- Previous experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry, with a focus on cabinets, countertops, sinks, and fixtures. Alternatively, experience in furniture sales, building materials, or interior design products such as cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, and related items is also highly valued.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform product demos and explain features to customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
