Our client is seeking anInside Sales Representative who will be pivotal in enhancingcustomer satisfaction expanding the customer base and drivingprofitability.
You will collaborate closely with the outside salesteam leveraging your technical knowledge and customer serviceskills to promote products and provide unparalleledservice.
KeyResponsibilities :
Cultivate Sales : Generate new andrepeat sales by providing timely product and technicalinformation.
OrderProcessing : Efficiently and accuratelyprocess customerorders.
Quotations : Preparequotations for pricing delivery andterms.
Stock Management : Conduct stock checks and assist with product identification andrecommendations.
OrderManagement : Handle order changes expedite processes and managereturnauthorizations.
Collaboration : Work with the outside sales staff to optimize service for keycustomer accounts including inventory analysis and ensuring ontimedelivery.
RelationshipBuilding : Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliersto enhancesatisfaction.
ProductExpertise : Serve as a product specialist demonstrating technicalcompetency and becoming the goto expert for assignedproducts.
StorefrontSupport : Assist walkin customers and resolve product identificationqueries.
Qualifications :
5 years of technicalknowledge / experience
Acustomercentric work ethic with a focus on delivering exceptionalservice
Strongproblemsolvingskills
Excellentorganizational abilities to manage multiple taskseffectively
Experienceworking within an ERP system with NetSuite experience being aplus
