Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LPN/RN at Allendale Behavioral Health located in Auburn, IN. The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, conducting assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license
• Experience in providing direct patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus
