Express Employment Professionals San Jose is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near San Jose, CA
As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue selling to managers in the San Jose area. The ideal candidates will be a competitive sales professional with a hunter mentality to provide world-class solutions and customer satisfaction while maximizing sales.
Key Job Duties Include
- Prospect New Business within defined sales territory.
- Visit existing and new customers to increase business in parts, sales and service
- Identify, meet, and develop rapport with companies to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with other team members and departments.
- Introduce new products, promotions and services
- Analyze sales territory to determine where our clients product sales are needed and initiate action to improve market share within defined sales territory.
- Work closely with Manager on territory management and account planning.
- Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities.
- Create business plans that are customized by customer account to ensure customer satisfaction and company profit fulfillment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year (one year) inside or outside sales experience with a focus on building a successful sales territory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills.
- One year automotive or industrial parts or service experience
- Ability to remain persistent and overcome customers objections.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
- General understanding of sales CRM system
- High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers
- Experience cold calling and building relationships by phone and email to generate sales opportunities.
