Job Description:

HighPoint Contracting Specialties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is Detail Oriented, Super Organized and Focused on Efficiency! We’re rapidly growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with our team.

If you can provide Personalized Responsive Service to our clients, keep up in a fast-paced environment, are detail oriented and have a background in home maintenance or repairs, this would be the position for you.

Requirements:

• Background in Construction, Restoration, Remodeling, Home Maintenance, or Contracting
• Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, fencing, decking, and general home maintenance
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• Professional image
• Total commitment to excellence and customer service
• Ability to work independently
• Strong driving skills

Preferred:

• 1 years in Residential Property Maintenance experience

Essential Duties:

• Efficient completion of high-quality repairs, inspections, and regular maintenance services at occupied and vacant rental properties
• Professional Presentation internally and externally
• Accurate documentation of all completed work orders

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Pre-employment drug test
• Background screen

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday - No weekends - No on-call

Competitive compensation offered based upon qualifications and dependent upon experience. Performance bonuses and other possible benefits available after 90 days. The anticipated work schedule is full-time. Successful completion of assessments, reference checks, pre-employment drug test and background screen will be required as part of the hiring process.

This job requires regular travel to rental properties throughout Clark County and Cowlitz County, Washington State. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
