We are GROWING and are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative either licensed or someone who is willing to obtain their license(s), who will professionally represent our company and provide excellent agency support.
You'll need to be out-going, punctual and dependable with excellent communication skills in addition to an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities
Contribute to agency success with promoting new business, cross-selling, and excellent customer service.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing clarifications.
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email and in person interactions. And document every interaction in client's account.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Be a team player, participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirement
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
