Responsibilities

  • Manage concierge appointments
  • Verify rental vehicles are prepped and contracts prepared appointments
  • Delivery rental vehicle to customer, complete rental contract, verify information for Repair Order for appointment
  • Obtain all appropriate pictures of both vehicles and signatures
  • Deliver back to service and keep track of vehicle while in for maintenance and repairs via designated Service Advisor
  • Communicate often and thoroughly with customer while vehicle is on property
  • Setup and Deliver customer's vehicle back to customer and again make sure review completed Service Dept paperwork, take all pictures and obtain signatures 
  • Attitude is everything—greet service department customers promptly and courteously
  • Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to other staff
  • Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
  • Maintain very clean physical and vehicle appearance, speak clearly and truthfully with customer, elevate customer experience where possible

Physical Requirements

  • The physical requirements of the position are Light to Medium Work.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
  • Constant: Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and typing.
  • Frequent – Repetitive motion.
  • Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (~15-20 lbs.)

Physical Working Conditions

  • This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
