Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should be a service-oriented individual who can handle a wide range of housekeeping duties quickly and efficiently. Must be organized, able to work by yourself, and organize/prioritize tasks. You will be responsible for housekeeping and office cleaning services for the primary residence as well as a nearby office in the Kirkland area. You are to maintain all areas to extremely clean and highly organized standards, as well as other household tasks and projects. Flexibility is requested.

• General housekeeping and upkeep of the residence (including garage)
• Ability to anticipate household needs
• Management and organization of closets, pantries, drawers, and storage areas
• Additional housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• Prepping/chopping vegetables and fruits
• Miscellaneous errands, including grocery shopping, Whole Foods, Costco, Trader Joe’s, returns, etc.
• Assist with tasks needed in a business workplace environment, organizing, cleaning, running errands, data entry, etc.

Requirements:

• 3 years related experience as a housekeeper in private homes
• Strong communication skills - in person, over the phone, or by text
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Demonstrate the utmost professional discretion
• Possess positive attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities
• Demonstrate good character
• Punctual, responsible, honest
• Ability to work independently, a self-starter, with high performance
• Maintain confidentiality of information, communication and records
• COVID vaccinated and willing to wear an N95 mask and gloves at all times. Masks are provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• English speaking
• Acceptable background check & credit check
• Must be drug-free

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00 per year
