Delivery Technician needed Saturday and Sunday, May through August, 9 am-5 pm. This is a seasonal summer job, with potential for long term employment. May require use of personal cell phone.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Excellent communication skills
• General knowledge of the Grand Strand and surrounding areas
• A clean driving record (3 year driving record from DMV is required) and is comfortable driving a van
• The ability to lift 50 pounds, load and unload medical scooters, wheelchairs, beach wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, etc. into a van.
• Professional, courteous, and friendly with customers
• Ability to explain proper care and use of equipment
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Delivering, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment
• Facilitate and coordinate delivery of medical equipment
• Responsible for setting up medical equipment in a professional and timely manner
• Teach customer about safe and proper use of the equipment
• Responsible for keeping vehicle clean, organized and maintained
• Ensuring the storefront is organized and clean
• Interact with customers in person and by phone
