Customer Relations Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Location: 27489 Agoura Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301

About Group Solutions: Group Solutions connects exceptional facilitators with substance use and mental health treatment facilities. We seek a tech-savvy Customer Relations Specialist to support our dynamic group placement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Scheduling: Coordinate and manage group placements, confirming availability and rates with facilitators.

Facilitate Communications: Serve as the main point of contact for facilitators and facilities, handling last-minute changes and troubleshooting issues.

Provide On-Call Support: Assist facilitators with software login issues and other technical problems.

Create Content: Create content for mass emails/PSAs that are sent out to our clients and customers as needed.

Key Requirements

  1. Must be tech-savvy!!!
  2. Prior experience in the substance use and mental health treatment industry, with a solid understanding of the group therapy process and facility operations.
  3. Outstanding communication skills and professional presentation.
  4. High level of self-organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
