The IT Technician provides tier 1 and tier 2 onsite and remote technology support for all Netpoint clients’ servers, workstations, printers, and phones.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Use excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain existing client relationships
 OS and application patch management utilizing various tools and methods
 Utilize a comprehensive ticket management system for time tracking and issue resolution in conjunction with a remote management and monitoring system
 Work with vendors to get software and firmware updates installed and resolve ongoing client issues
 Assists in troubleshooting and maintaining network, server, and miscellaneous equipment
 Monitors, manages, maintains, and updates workstations
 Maintains impeccable records including issue resolution, time tracking, mileage, and expenses

Position Requirements:

 Experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows desktop operating systems, Windows server operating systems

 Experience with TCP/IP network environments

Work Condition and Physical Requirements:

 Valid Ohio driver’s license with safe driving record and reliable transportation
 Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening
 Must pass a federal and state background check
 Work in a range of environments including office settings or closed spaces; lifting, moving, and delivering equipment; driving up to 50 miles
