Client’s care may include, but is not limited to:
· Medication reminders.
· Personal care: Dressing, showering, toileting.
· Light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
· Assist in prepping meals or snacks.
· Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
· Accompany to doctor’s appointments, or special gatherings.
· Encourage exercise or any other physical activity.
· Memory care for Dementia & Alzheimer's clients.
· Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships.
