Full Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Chinese & English Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our attorneys and clients, assisting with various legal tasks while maintaining clear communication in both Chinese and English.

This position is based on-site at our Newport Beach office. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and conducting legal research.

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.

· Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.

· Maintain and update client databases and case management systems.

· Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

· Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

· Bilingual in English & Chinese.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
