We are a Healthcare Staffing Agency, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Negotiator to join our team. As a Contract Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in acquisition, negotiation and management of contracts with clients. This position requires a very good experience in contract management. If you have excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties/Responsibilities```
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential clients with staffing needs

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients

- Requires a lot of phone calls to potential clients following leads

- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties are meeting their obligations

```Required Skills and Abilities```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Contract Negotiator or similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes
- Proficient in technical writing and proposal writing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team building skills
- Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
