Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grower to join our team. As a Grower, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining plants in our Hydroponic greenhouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working with hand tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Hydroponic Growing, possess mechanical knowledge, and be skilled in data collection. Duties: - Cultivate and care for plants in a greenhouse - Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and lighting - Irrigate plants according to their specific needs - Formulatng and maintaining nutrient Solutions, pest control, and other treatments as necessary - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery - Collect data on plant growth, yield, and quality - Identify and address any pest or disease issues - Harvest crops at the appropriate time - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the growing area Experience: - Previous experience in greenhouse or farm operations preferred - Knowledge of plant growing techniques and practices - Familiarity with basic math for measuring and mixing nutrients and pesticides - Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery - Strong attention to detail to ensure proper plant care - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods We offer competitive pay based on experience.
