We are looking for a well-rounded tech savvy Web Designer I to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. Web designer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

Responsibilities

• Fulltime Onsite position.
• Develop, test, and implement quality HTML/CSS/JavaScript code that enhances page speed, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices and platforms.
• Implement best practices in front-end development, accessibility/ADA standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Conduct testing ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to front end development and conversion rate optimization and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation to website.
• Develop good working relationships with IT and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in web programing
• Programming skills and in-depth knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap for website development
• Understanding of web development and web development process
• Ability to program and code for specific needs on website (plugins, addons, etc.)
• Ability to create events and tracking codes on Google Analytics based off marketing needs.
• Ability to add structured data in source codes based off marketing needs.
• Familiarity with server, networking, and hosting services
• Ability to integrate various software onto website (I.E. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
