Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell products to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service and sales preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is a plus
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is beneficial
- Cash handling experience is required

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
