Seeking Dental Receptionist in Fairmont, WV

Schedule: Full Time

  • Monday 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M
  • Tue-Thur 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
  • Friday 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M

Compensation:

  • $14-16 per hour (If trained in billing and insurance, will pay the higher end of rate.)
  • Sick/Vacation time, as well as retirement is offered after 1 year of employment.

Duties for our Dental Front Office Assistant / Dental Receptionist include:

  • Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Checking in and checking out patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
  • Recare calls when needed
  • Collect payments
  • Enter/validate insurance, pre-treatment estimates, submit insurance claims
  • Keep waiting room clean
