Job Summary:
We are seeking a cheerful and professional Front Desk Lead to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional patient care. Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check patients in and out

- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and emails

- Assist with light cleaning duties
- Handle patients complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Assist providers with detoxing services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
