Project Estimator

Residential General Contractor has an opening in our Chester County office for a full time Construction Project Estimator requiring a minimum of five years’ experience in residential construction. 

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience required with knowledge of all aspects of Residential construction preferred.
• Knowledge of construction project management software is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and Bluebeam
• Organizational skills a priority

Responsibilities include:

• Client and Architect relations
• Generating Estimates for projects
• Maintaining relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors
• Value Engineering Analysis
• Organizing all documentation from Bid to Closeout phases
• Disciplined work ethic, self-motivated and flexibility in assisting others
• Quantity take-offs from plans, project estimating.
• Project management and field crew/subcontractor management would be useful.

Education:

• High School Graduate

Salary Commensurate with Experience

A qualified applicant would be a person willing to spend time both in the office and in the field. This is not a remote position.
