My State Farm Insurance Agency is searching for an outgoing, customer focused, competitive individual who enjoys working with the public. As an insurance account manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry will allow you to guide and aid clients with their insurance needs and suggest those products State Farm offers to meet those needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent and current staff to establish and meet individual and office goals.
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clients to maintain and offer additional products and services they may need.
- Manage current customers accounts
- making chenges to policies when requested
- explaining coverages and policy questions brought up by clients
- suggesting additional coverages and products that customer may need or want
- accepting payments
- State licensed for property and casualty within the first 30 days of employment (study materials provided as well as reimbursement of fees associated with obtaining the license once obtained)
- Have excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and written.
- People/ customer service oriented
- Organizational skills
- Problem solver
- Hourly wage plus commission/bonus (depending on your experience and licensing requirement)
