Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Duties:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with hospice care if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving or related fields such as direct support, social work, or senior care
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with resident rights and home care practices
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
