Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects within our organization. Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective change management processes to minimize disruption and maximize project success
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in time management techniques to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Experience in release management, disaster recovery planning, and project implementation is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity

Pay: $102,200.40 - $123,080.05 per year
