Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.

Duties:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive process improvement initiatives

- Identify business development opportunities and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and profit loss analysis

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee development

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales strategies

- Proficient in strategic planning and execution

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management

- Must have 3PL Experience

- WMS Experience

- Vendor Compliance Experience
