**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide individual support by taking the client out into the community and doing activities as well as transport to appointments as neccessary.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support residents in maintaining their independence and personal dignity

- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being and safety

- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under care

- Monitor and document individual progress and any changes in behavior or health status

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields

- Knowledge of systems that support individuals with disabilities or special needs

- Compassionate attitude and drive to make a positive impact on others' lives

- Familiarity with first aid procedures
