Monitor or report changes in health status. Need to provide personal care such as ADL, bathing, dressing, feeding and grooming of patient. Light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping and cooking. Experience in hospice care. Must have 2 step TB, physical, Med Tech certification, and CPR/First Aide. Also, willing to do background/fingerprint.
