**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Activities Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors through engaging and stimulating activities. If you have experience in dementia care, aging issues counseling, event planning, or recreational therapy, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of activities for residents - Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and preferences - Develop and maintain activity calendars - Coordinate outings and special events - Provide support and guidance in areas such as ADLs and memory care - Collaborate with caregivers and staff to enhance residents' quality of life **Requirements:** - Experience in dementia care, social work, or related fields - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of aging issues counseling and caregiving techniques - Ability to plan and execute engaging activities for seniors - Proficiency in event planning and recreational therapy If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and possess the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
