**Card Shop Sales Associate**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you are passionate about Trading Card Games, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems and cash registers to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
- Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any inquiries
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of stock procedures and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
