We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As an ER Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, triage patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires quick thinking and excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patients based on their condition and severity of illness or injury
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Skills:
- Proficient in medical-surgical nursing principles and practices
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, such as Epic
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and protocols
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and best practices
- Familiarity with airway management procedures
- Ability to perform case management duties effectively
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Knowledge of ophthalmology nursing procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with medical coding systems is preferred

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
