Job Overview:

Franklin & Prokopik, a Baltimore-based regional law firm, is seeking a part-time Marketing & Events Coordinator.

Duties:

• Serve as a lead role in planning, attending, and executing the Firm’s 2-3 annual seminars, including event timelines, compiling booklets, and working with venues on event details. Attend meetings with the marketing managers and attorneys involved in seminars, record notes, and provide follow-ups.
• Organize internal culture-building activities and volunteer outings; brainstorm new ideas.
• Track the Firm’s resource materials and ensure they remain current.
• Perform basic website updates.
• Handle attorney requests such as: formatting PPTs, ordering and mailing giveaways/swag, client gifts, and sending materials.
• Assist with CRM entries and data mining.
• Conduct industry and client news research.
• Collect stats for various Firm surveys.
• Misc marketing/events tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with Social Media outlets.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of general Microsoft programs, Adobe a plus.
