W. M. Davis, Inc. is hiring a Fiscal Associate to work on site at its Hollywood Office. Hybrid or telework is not available for this position.

NATURE OF WORK :

This position requires a highly skilled person to perform accounting work of considerable difficulty. Experience required in accounts payable / receivables, payroll and contract management.

Work involves a broad range of activities from general clerical tasks to providing administrative and professional assistance to management team, the fiscal aspects of work are the primary factor.

The incumbent for this position must be skilled in Microsoft Office. Experience with Foundation Construction software and AIA documents preferred.

Requirements :

Education and Experience

Associate degree, with a concentration in accounting desired and a minimum of five (5) years of office experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities :

Skills Requirements :

• Excellent oral, writing, and attention to detail skills.
• Strong data-entry, database management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working with minimal supervision; manage time effectively to meet deadlines and be self-motivated to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, management, and others
• Strong ability to proofread documents and compose correspondence.
