We are accepting applications for the position of Sanitation Worker/Custodian in the Sanitation Department.
Examples Of Work
Education And/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or its equivalent and six (6) months of experience in a job related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Physical Demands
Examples Of Work
- Maintains custodial care of the Public Works facility
- Cleans kitchen, break area and restrooms
- Cleans all windows, ledges, and baseboards in the Public Works facility
- Picks up trash and recycling from inside and outside the Public Works facility
Education And/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or its equivalent and six (6) months of experience in a job related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Physical Demands
- Heavy work which requires exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
