Post Harvest TrimmerOverviewTrimmers are responsible for the trim and separation of marijuana product prior to final sale. Separation of buds and classified unusable waste product.
Trimmers report to post harvest management for specific day to day operation.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 with ability to pass a background check.
  • Must have a State issued driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
  • Must be Team orientated.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic scale experience.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Ability to precisely follow instructions and written procedures.
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain personal hygiene to facility standards. Be neat, clean, and courteous to all fellow employees, clients, and authorized visitors at all times.
  • Maintain an organized and sanitized work environment at all times.
  • Detailed and accurate record keeping, data entry and inventory management to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Apply education, training, and experience to ensure every opportunity is taken to guarantee the efficacy, safety and health of the marijuana crop.
