Job description: 

As a Sales Operations Executive (Contract) reporting to Head of Sales Development, you will be responsible for establishing and improving processes, managing prospect data and reports, engaging with vendors/ partners, and seeking opportunities to grow our business. 

An ideal candidate will possess BD and/or Sales Operations experience, with technical aptitude to utilize internal tools and seek optimization areas. Prior experience in collaborating with external business partners, and/ or experience with an early-phase Tech product is preferred.

Minimum qualifications:  

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a Business Development or Sales Operations background. 
• Proven in fast-paced environments, with experience in managing sales programs such as events, process establishment/ improvement, reporting, and vendor management. 
• Ability to interpret wider strategies, and proactively make recommendations in market approaches and operational excellence. 
• Adept in compiling, editing, and assessing data. 
• Attention to detail, and ability to get your hands dirty with operational tasks. 
• Have capacity to step outside of comfort zone and tackle spontaneous tasks to help build the company grow.
• Possess tech savviness to continuously seek methods for improved efficiency. 
• Ability to enjoy the speed, ambiguity, and challenges of a start-up. 
• Passion for technology, and sympathy for Thinkie’s mission to empower individuals with cognitive function improvement products. 
• Ability to commute to corporate office in Bellevue WA on Tuesdays, and ideally on Thursdays too. 
• English fluency. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Experience in penetrating into new markets, ideally in a start-up Tech environment. 
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, etc.. 
• Experience with tools including MS365, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.. 

Conditions and compensation: 

• 3-month contract, with a possibility of an extension for up to 3 months.
• Flexible working hours during the day, and a hybrid environment with 1~2 days (Tuesday, Thursday) at the office.
• Monthly salary: $7,000~$8,000, depending on experience. 
• Company holidays.
