Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will have a significant impact on improving the quality of life for those under your care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide senior care by assisting with personal tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Administer medication following proper procedures
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the well-being of patients
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance mental well-being
- Assist with hospice care as needed
- Drive patients to appointments and social outings
- Maintain a clean environment and perform light housekeeping tasks
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
- Experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred
- Ability to lift patients when required
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Knowledge of assisted living practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is advantageous
