Christian Servants Home Care Missouri, LLC is a new small business in Missouri. Our mission is to follow God’s Will by providing exceptional care to those in need within the broken home-care industry, while simultaneously providing income to support our families and communities.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated manager to oversee the care and well-being of clients in their home. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults that may have long or short term disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Hire compassionate caregivers that can assist clients in their day-to-day living activities

- Coordinate and oversee client and caregiver schedules

- Completed in-home assessments with new clients to create a care plan that can maintain a safe and clean environment within their home

- Respond promptly to any client or caregiver concerns

- Responsible for developing your team and client base within your assigned territory

- Responsible for the management of your team's AR and AP

- Responsible for your team's payroll and validating time with clients

-Much of this job is done from home/remote but it does require travel to meet new clients as well as advertise and spread the word of services.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as an adminstrator or sales manager within the senior living or home care agency environment

-Business development knowledge

- Knowledge of employee management

- Ability to advertise and attend local social gathering to build the company brand

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 100% commission based. Your pay will go up the more hours of care your team is providing.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
