Job Overview:
I am seeking a high skilled and experienced Laborer to join our great roofing team.

The ideal candidates will have experience on roofing and various construction tasks and possess a discipline, winner attitude and strong work ethic.

Duties:
- Perform various manual labor tasks on roofing and construction sites

- Tear off tasks, installation, and repair of tiles, shingles and different types of roof
- Assist with stucco, tile laying, welding, building, roofing and construction works
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Aid in remodeling projects and caulking as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in stucco application
- Experience with tile laying techniques
- Welding skills for basic metalwork
- Ability to assist in building and roofing projects
- Proficient use of hand tools and power tools
- Basic plumbing knowledge for on-site tasks
- Carpentry skills for framing and finishing work
- Familiarity with remodeling processes
- Caulking expertise for sealing joints and seams

• Tile and Shingle’s installation: 3 years (Required)
• Roofing repair: 3 years (Required)
• Box truck’s driving: 3 years (Required)
• Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
• Concrete forming: 3 years (Required)
