Description
LIFESTYLE position in the beautiful jewel of the southwest Las Cruces NM.
Join a collaborative practice with 5 MDs and 16-19 CRNAs. You will most often do your own cases as well as being one of two "Anesthesia-in-charge" involved performing pre-op evaluations, pre op nerve blocks, etc. (Rotating Assignment)
Details:

• Second call ONLY (split between Doc Team)
  • The expectation for second call is for major traumas, or severely medically complicated patients. At a level 3 trauma center, the current "call back in rate" for second call is a few times a year.
• Average 40-45 hour work-week - on regular days, out of the OR at 3:00 PM.
• Case Variety: Wide variety of cases, ages, and conditions

1099 Position
$20k Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)
$40K Sign-On/ Relocation Bonus
9 Weeks Off per Year
