We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and business development. If you are tech-savvy, analytical, and have a flair for marketing, we want to hear from you.

As a sales leader, you will research and develop client relationships and produce referrals. You will determine referral sources and client needs, recommend appropriate services and additional community resources, and maintain and nurture existing referral accounts. You will achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned service locations, with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share.

Your target accounts will include Rehab centers, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, senior centers, hospice companies, and other senior-related referral sources. You will effectively present our marketing materials and services to referral providers in various forums, including one-on-one meetings, planning, arranging, and conducting in-services, and formal group presentations to referral providers.

You will maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned service area. You will conduct service inquiries and consultations as needed following the sales and work with discharge planners, social workers, and families in offering in-home care and referral placement services.

You will cultivate long-term relationships with community and referral sources and facilitate educational in-services with your referral sources to spotlight and grow multiple product categories. You will also present follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
