Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour, plus commissions on specific job performance and after-hours bonuses. Negotiable based on experience.

As a mitigation technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch results and enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load vehicles with necessary equipment and tools.
- Prepare job sites for demolition and restoration activities.
- Set up equipment for efficient drying processes.
- Maintain communication with management and team members for efficient workflow.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
- Complete restoration projects promptly and to high standards.
- Maintain documentation and ensure excellent customer communication.
- Ability to work in confined spaces or at height.
- Comfort working with cleaning agents.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT/ IICRC) is highly desirable but not required.
