The purpose of this position is to support the specific division the individual will work with by overseeing and managing field employees and various projects for multiple clients.

• Responsible for the overall pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the project.
• Develop and implement the overall construction schedule with the entire project team.
• Prepare electronic bid estimates in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by management, based on available information.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings and project closeout process.
• List material and submit purchase orders/requisitions for projects in a timely manner.
• Perform Customer Service duties (questions and/or concerns) to both customers and employees throughout the project to ensure successful completion.
• Determine, schedule, and manage field employee levels to meet project needs.
• Manage all project paperwork from start to finish.
• Submit change orders for project adjustments in a timely manner.
• Submit billing to customer/contractor in a timely manner.
• Perform site inspections of various facilities.
• Assist other divisions to complete projects as needed.
• Assist at the job site as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
