Hidden Peaks Psychology® is a first-class private practice in prestigious Castle Rock, CO.

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated clinician to join our professional team.

Clinical Services

Therapy services are provided for individuals and families struggling with dementia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and severe mental illness.

The majority of our assessment services are provided to individuals from various referral sources. Hidden Peaks Psychology receives requests for neuropsychological and psychological assessment from the FAA, VA, Colorado disability office, division of vocational rehab, workers compensation insurance companies, Centura hospitals, attorneys, and neurologists.

Assessment practices for children, ages 7 to 18, are highly needed in this community. Supervised experience is available. We conduct evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum, learning disorders, and other neurodevelopmental delays.

Tools

All testing equipment and testing instruments are provided by Hidden Peaks Psychology. We use the most current and state of the art tools for psychological and neuropsychological assessments. iPads are provided for in-person administration. We have accounts with Pearson and PAR for online digital instruments. We also have computer based equipment such as the TOVA and Cog-AE.

Requirements

A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA accredited university in the field of psychology is needed. Completion of a clinical psychology internship accredited by the APPIC and/or APA is also required. Experience from postdoctoral training in assessment, health psychology, or neuropsychology is preferred. Please let us know if you’re interested in postdoctoral supervision in geriatric neuropsychological assessment.

Typical Schedule

We are are open 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Time in the office is spent conducting therapy and assessments. Most assessment take 2-5 hours of in-office time. Approximately 2 hours of report writing per day are estimated, for a total of 35 hours of work per week.

Compensation

For an early-career psychologist currently studying for the EPPP and requiring supervision the annual salary is $80,000.

For a licensed clinical psychologist the starting annual salary is $90,000. Pay is increased to $100,000 after 6 months of employment from hire date (after insurance panel credentialing is complete). Pay is increased again to $120,000 after 12 months of employment from hire date.

Once fully credentialed and provided services as an independent practitioner, pay is $150,000 annually.
