Job DutiesWe are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Projects Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on various architectural projects. This position can be based out of our Rehoboth Beach, Richmond, or Nashville corporate office. Below is a high-level overview of job duties for this position, including but not limited to:
Develop innovative design concepts and solutions for a variety of architectural projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and renderings using CAD and other design software.
Specify materials, finishes, and products for projects, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective selections.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure design integrity and project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project development.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
Requirements
3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a variety of project types.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, or Revit.
Strong design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
