DescriptionThe Mobis North American Technical Center is looking for an experienced CAD Designer specifically using CATIA and that has experience designing automotive Brake products, experience with North American OEMs is a plus.?

Experience Level5 years of experience in CAD design of automotive brakes.? Experience in die cast aluminum and mechatronic components a plus.
Educational RequirementAssociate degree in Design/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Competencies

- Support product CAD design and development of automotive brake systems for NA OEMs.
- Support all STEP releases and upload 2D drawings / 3D models for automotive customers.
- Support OEM development stage events based on product development timing.
- Coordinate with Mobis Korea from concept design thru final design stages including requirements, design reviews, change management, and feasibility reviews.
- Control and support engineering data/documents delivery between OEM, Mobis Korea and assembly plants.
Experience Level5 years of experience in CAD design of automotive brakes.? Experience in die cast aluminum and mechatronic components a plus.
Educational RequirementAssociate degree in Design/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Travel Requirements
- Travel- North America, Mexico and Asia may be necessary. Less than 5%
