**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and implementing strategic initiatives. **Duties:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials - Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Provide excellent customer service and support **Skills:** - Strong strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Experience in market analysis and project management - Proven track record in business development and sales - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Familiarity with sales software applications This position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
