Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Nurse to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare services to patients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, medication administration, medical-surgical, inpatient care, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and update medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Perform procedures such as IV infusion, laboratory specimen collection, CT scans, etc.
- Specialize in caring for children, seniors, or individuals with specific medical needs

Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or related healthcare settings
- Proficiency in medication administration and medical-surgical procedures
- Familiarity with inpatient care protocols
- Experience working with children or seniors is a plus
- Knowledge of IV infusion techniques and laboratory procedures
- Ability to handle aliment-related issues with expertise
