Job Description:

- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments.

- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and update them on technician arrival times.

- Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate urgent service requests.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their HVAC service needs and provide relevant information.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and customer information.

- Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer requirements.

- Work closely with HVAC technicians to ensure efficient deployment and completion of service tasks.

- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance as needed.

- Collaborate with the service manager to optimize scheduling and dispatch processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software or scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
