ContractWorkInUSA is Hiring an Office Administrator Near New York, NY

Office Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 9 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension

Pay Rate - $28/hourly on w2

Description:

Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Facilities Knowledge

The Office Coordinator will report to the Workplace Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the day to day facilities requests and operations for the building.

The Coordinator will work alongside the rest of the Workplace Services team directly overseeing the different floors within the building.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing floor walks/checks, moving furniture, coordinating event setup requests with onsite moving vendor, helping in mail center, receiving and delivering packages, taking office supply inventories and replenishing as needed.

Manage and administer ticket submittals for Workplace Services, ensure that facilities issues are identified and addressed quickly.

This position is fast paced and requires a high level of customer service.

Time management skills and experience with ticket management a must. Help make Client a great place to work

Minimum 2-3 years of related hands-on Facilities experience required, Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills, both verbal and written communication skills a must
